We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Electrician to join a growing and well-established facilities management team covering commercial sites across Edinburgh. Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial sites
Work on lighting systems, power distribution, emergency lighting, and fire alarm systems
Diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
Ensure all work complies with current electrical and health & safety regulations
Maintain accurate service records using a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)
Liaise professionally with clients to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
