Responsibilities:
Drive new business development with new and existing customers
Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high service levels and repeat business
Prepare quotations and proposals and manage the sales pipeline effectively
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Support marketing initiatives and represent the business at events and exhibitions
Requirements:
Proven B2B sales or business development experience
Strong experience within freight pallet networks and general haulage
Excellent knowledge of the Scottish transport market
Confident communication and presentation skills
Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
An organised, proactive approach with the ability to work independently
Event and exhibition experience (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence
