Recruitment Resourcer, Hamilton,Up to £30,000 (DOE) + Commission

As Recruitment Resourcer supports the recruitment team by finding suitable candidates, managing applications and maintaining the smooth running of day-to-day processes. This role is ideal for someone organised, people-focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, adverts and online platforms
• Screen CVs and contact candidates to discuss roles and suitability
• Manage applicant flow and respond to candidate queries quickly
• Write clear, engaging job advertisements
• Keep candidate information and internal systems accurate and up to date
• Support Recruiters with arranging interviews and managing candidate pipelines
• Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

What You Need:

• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Confident communication skills
• Ability to work within timescales quickly and effectively
• Strong customer service approach in a fast-moving environment
• Positive attitude with motivation to learn and grow
• Computer-literate and comfortable using online tools and platforms
• Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given
• You must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
