Project Coordinator, Glasgow, £30,000, Mon–Thurs 8:00am–4:45pm | Fri 8:00am–3:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop project trackers, staff scheduling, and resource allocation
- Support the Project Manager with the oversight of key accounts
- Coordinate design works and quotations to meet client requirements and deadlines
- Ensure effective implementation of health & safety policies across all projects
- Manage the control and hire of plant, ensuring suitability and compliance
- Coordinate plant, labour, and material logistics
- Prepare and deliver accurate project handover documentation
- Arrange and coordinate client survey requirements
- Liaise with and coordinate subcontractors with appropriate authorisation
- Book operator outages, permits, and third-party requirements
- Attend site meetings and visit customer premises when required
Requirements:
- Knowledge of construction health & safety legislation
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred (full training provided)
- Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects from instruction to completion
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently under pressure
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
