Electrician, Temp to Perm Opportunity, Up to £24.00 ph, Glasgow & M8 Corridor
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our team for a mobile role covering commercial sites across Glasgow and the M8 corridor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrician who enjoys varied work across multiple environments, including retail, hospitality, hotels, and factories. As an Electrician, you’ll be responsible for installation, maintenance, and testing across a wide range of electrical systems while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every project.

Responsibilities:
- Location: Mobile position covering Glasgow and the M8 corridor (primarily Straven, Boness, Airdrie, Glasgow, Paisley, and Giffnock)
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Install, rewire, and maintain power and lighting systems across commercial sites.
- Conduct periodic inspections and testing to ensure compliance and performance.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on electrical systems.
- Install containment, distribution boards, and data cabling.
- Deliver work to high standards while maintaining Health & Safety compliance.
- Manage a mobile schedule, travelling between sites across Glasgow and nearby areas.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Electrician with relevant electrical certifications.
- Proven experience in commercial electrical installation and maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Full UK driving licence (essential for site travel).
