Shift Pattern (1-Week Rotation)

Dayshift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon – Fri)

Backshift: 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon – Thurs), 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Fri)

Nightshift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Mon – Thurs), finishing 7:00 AM Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Turning and 3/4/5 Axis Milling Machines

Work from engineering blueprints and technical sketches

Set up tooling, gauging equipment, and measuring instruments

Conduct CMM inspections and perform bench work to ensure precision

Maintain tight tolerances on metallic and non-metallic components

Follow quality control standards and health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

Time-served engineer in a relevant machining or manufacturing discipline

Experience with Fanuc, Mazatrol, and Heidenhain control systems

Ability to work rotating shifts (Days, Backshift, Nightshift)

Strong manufacturing background with CNC programming/operation experience

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict tolerances

Desirable Skills

Industry experience is a strong advantage

Knowledge of tight tolerance machining for high-spec components
