We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join a leading distribution client we partner with. In this role, you’ll provide excellent customer service and small administrative tasks.

Customer Service Advisor’s Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Polish customers via incoming calls.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Complete administrative tasks to support the Polish Department.
- Undergo training to work across English-speaking departments, assisting with customer queries and orders.
- Perform light administrative tasks related to order processing.
Customer Service Advisor’s Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (both written and spoken) to support our diverse customer base.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is a plus but not essential – full training will be provided.
