An experienced Electrician is required to join a leading Facilities Management company, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across the Northwest of England. Applications are encouraged from qualified electricians with prior experience within the Facilities Management (FM) or Building Services sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out both scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across various commercial properties.
- Service and maintain lighting systems, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Record all work activities using the company's advanced Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly while maintaining strict health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by liaising directly with clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
- 17th or 18th Edition Qualification (current wiring regulations).
- Proven experience in Facilities Management or Building Services environments.
- Full UK driving license (essential).
