Full Job Description:

Handy Man, Gretna, Salary £18,500 per annum + Site-Based Opportunity + 3 Days Working a Week!

We are currently looking for a Handy Man to join a facilities management company, working on a site-based role in the Gretna area. The Handy Man will be working 3 days a week and take on maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:

Plumbing: Changing flushers, unblocking drains, minor pipework repairs, tap replacements.
Ground Works: Repairing sinking areas with monoblock work.
Joinery: Basic repairs to fencing, sheds, and other structures.
General Maintenance: Maintaining padlocks, inspecting fire hydrants, tightening, screws on locks, and more.

Preferred but Not Essential:

Experience with water temperature checks, PAT testing, and emergency light testing (training can be provided).
