Sales Administrator required to work for a leading Facilities Management company. The Administrator will be organised, detail orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Sales Administrator’s Responsibilities:
- Handling a significant volume of emails and allocate them to the appropriate departments.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Ensuring all quote requests are captured in our internal systems.
- Reporting:
- Create and maintain a spreadsheet of outstanding quotes.
- Generate monthly performance reports for the department.
- Compile reports on submitted quotes.
- Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractor work.
Sales Administrators required:
