Handy Man, Glasgow, Salary from £30,000 to £32,000 per annum + Excellent Pension, Overtime Available + More!

Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm, 40 hours per week. 1 weekend in 4 will be required, Saturday 10am - 20:00 + Sunday 10am - 19:00.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Handy Man to join a leading Facilities Management Company, based on an excellent site in the Glasgow area. The Handy Man will handle all planned and reactive maintenance across the premises, working with an onsite facilities team.

Handy Man will receive:

• Starting salary of £30,000 per annum after probationary period.

Handy Man’s daily duties:

• Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM's) and Building Maintenance.
• Minor plumbing repairs to leaks and blockages.
• Fabric maintenance including painting and joinery.
• Repairing door frames, painting and decorating.
• Offering a high level of customer service onsite, dealing with clients and the public.

Handy Man’s Requirements:

• Previous experience working within a FM or Commercial environment.
• Multiskilled maintenance experience.
