Electrician, Glasgow, Salary from £35,000 up to £38,000 per annum & Static Site Based Opportunity with Free Parking!

Working Hours - Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm

Electrician wanted to join a dynamic and high-performing team within a leading Facilities Management company, specializing in both planned and reactive electrical maintenance. In this key role, you will support our Multiskilled Engineering team on-site, contributing to the efficient operation of our facilities.

We welcome applications from electricians with a strong background in facilities management or building services, especially those with experience in Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:

• Undertake planned preventative maintenance, including monthly lighting and plant checks and general building maintenance.
• Carry out reactive electrical works i.e., repairs to internal and external lighting and distribution boards.
• Routine PPM visits & reactive repairs (when required) to electrical assets around the site.
• Supervise and support subcontractors onsite for PPM/reactive works.

Requirements of the Electrician:

• 18th Edition (BS7671)
• City & Guilds /SVQ: Level II/III – Electrical Installations
• Be able to demonstrate a solid background working within the facilities management or building services industry.
