Electrician, Fife, Salary £36,000 to £38,000 per annum + £46K OTE, Unlimited Overtime + Company Pension + Company Van Package!
Electrician required to join a leading FM company on a mobile basis across the Lothians and Fife areas. The Electrician will be responsible for daily scheduled and reactive maintenance work on electrical systems, as well as diagnosing and resolving faults. The Electrician must hold their 17th or 18th edition and have prior experience working on commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems across different commercial environments, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
- Maintain accurate records using our advanced computerised maintenance management system.
- Diagnose and resolve faults, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards.
- Work closely with clients to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Recognised apprenticeship SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- 17th, or 18th edition qualification.
- Full UK driving license.
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services.
