The Air Conditioning Engineer will have a solid background in the FM industry, specialising in the maintenance of a variety of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRVs, and VRFs. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal performance and longevity of air conditioning systems.
• Service and maintain a variety of Air Conditioning systems, including VRVs, VRFs, splits, and AHUs, to keep them running efficiently.
• Quickly addressing breakdowns and repairs of air conditioning and ventilation systems across various commercial premises.
• Carry out a range of general maintenance and repair tasks across diverse commercial sites to maintain high standards.

The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Proven track record in planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning and HVAC systems.
• Full UK Driver's License.
• F-Gas 2079 Certified.
• Air Conditioning and Refrigeration NVQ Level 2&3 or City & Guilds qualification.
