Electrician, Hackney, Salary £36,000 to £40,000 per annum + Excellent Company Pension, Holidays & working on a State-of-the-Art New Site!

Electrician required to join a leading FM company covering planned and reactive maintenance to a prestigious site in North London. The Electrician will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repairs of electrical systems across the premises, as well as minor mechanical maintenance. Electrician’s applying must have experience working with the facilities management or building services.

Key responsibilities of the Electrician: 

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM’s) to keep assets onsite in good condition.
• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on electrical systems in various commercial settings, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical systems, ensuring adherence to the highest health and safety standards.
• Carry out minor maintenance checks to mechanical systems onsite such as visual checks on pumps.

Requirements of the Electrician:

• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
• 18^th edition.
• Prior experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
• A full UK driving license.
