Aspirare are currently recruiting for a Business Development Director for our client who are market leaders in their field of Energy Efficiency and Facilities Management. Recognised globally, backed up with a well-established infrastructure and a client base to be proud of.

A unique Senior role opportunity has been created reporting directly to the CEO to grow the Energy services business in the UK who will be responsible for the development, sales strategy and management of all business areas. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following areas:

Winning contracts and growing revenue for the business, P & L Budgets, Excellent predisposition for problem solving and workforce organisation. Knowledge of the tendering process and demonstrated examples of business wins through on line platforms, invitations and to build and maintain existing relationships through channel partners.

A minimum of 5 years or more experience working with facilities management contracts and or Energy Services contracts is required

This role requires a high level of self-starting ability and commercial business development experience. You must be motivated by return on investment and passionate about delivering an exceptional service to clients.
